Orders a generally processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are generally not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Estimated delivery times 3 to 10 business days, depending on the destination, shipping carrier, and shipping method selected.

Please note that these delivery times are estimates. Delays beyong Yomelic's control may  occur due to the shipping carrier, weather conditions, high-demand periods, or other exceptional circumstances.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout before the order is confirmed, Yomelic may also offer free shipping during certain promotions.

Order Tracking

when a tracking number is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation containing the information needed to track your package.

Shipping Adress

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping adress  when placing an order.  Yomelic cannot be held responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact Yomelic as soon a possible and provide your order number. For damaged products, photos of the package and the product may be requested so that we can  review the situation and offer an appropriate solution.
